Account Management

Password Reset
To reset your password, go to the “Change Password” page, enter your current password, and then follow the instructions.
Resetting your password is easy! You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to change your password. To close your account, you need to contact customer service.
Fiverr Social Accounts
- Fiverr Care – this is the official account for Fiverr’s Customer Relations Team. Every now and then they’ll reach out to the community to discuss comments or survey results.
- Fiverr CustVoice – this is an account we use to communicate with customers who provide feedback on specific categories.
- Fiverr-social – this is the official Fiverrsocial team updates. Every now and then we’ll update the community about new features and big news, including campaigns.
Payments And Withdrawals
You should deliver your order within 3 days after receiving the payment. If the buyer doesn’t provide any feedback, you’ll get paid 7 days later.
Yes, you can buy gigs with your revenue. There are no fees when withdrawing funds. You can have more than one withdrawal service. You can cancel your withdrawal. Fiverr does not charge fees when withdrawing money from a PayPal account.

How To Check Online Presence?
You can easily check whether a seller is online or offline by looking at the small green circle next to the seller’s name. Sellers who are logged into the site are marked as green, while those who aren’t are gray.
To view a seller’s status, go to their profile page, then scroll down to the bottom of the page. There, you’ll see a list of information about them, including their availability.
Payments And Orders
You can add extra items to your gig when you create it. You can also create multiple gigs at once.
Your seller may need extra time due to the additional work involved in delivering your order.
You should communicate with them about this before placing your order. Payment options include PayPal and credit cards. Single-click payments are available for both iOS and Android devices.
How Do I Use Promo Codes?
If you have got a promo code, apply it during checkout. To apply promo codes, click Proceed to Order on the gig you would like to purchase. Customize your orders if desired. Proceed to Payment. Before placing an order, click Enter promo code under Summary.
You can’t add a promo code retroactively once an order has already been placed. Once an order is marked “completed,” you can leave a tip for your seller.
There are three options available –
- one for giving your seller a custom tip
- another for leaving a review of your seller’s work
- the last for saying “Thanks!”
You can tip your seller as much as you want. The maximum tip is 100% of the total cost of an order.
You can use Fiverr as an online marketplace to buy or sell services. However, if you want to tip someone, you need to pay a service fee. This is because we do not take any commission from our customers.

Refund Money
You can’t withdraw money from your Fiverr account. Sellers can withdraw money from their accounts, but only if they’ve made enough money through Fiverr.
Your refund will show up as a credit in your Fiverr account, and you’ll be able to use it for future purchases. Canceled orders won’t affect your Fiverr balance, and refunds will go back into your Fiverr balance for later use.
Your refund includes the service fee.
What Do You Mean By Commercial Use?
Commercial use means using something for any kind of business related purpose. For example, if you want to sell your artwork or design online, then you need to make sure that you have the right to do this.
You must also be able to resell your designs. Otherwise, you won’t be allowed to sell them.
What Are the Milestones?
A milestone is a feature that allows you to break up large tasks into smaller ones. This helps sellers deliver work faster.
For example, if you need to create an image for your website, you could use milestones to divide this task into smaller parts. Each part would be assigned to a different seller who would then complete them one by one.
