The following requirements must be met to achieve Top-Rated Seller status
- You have become a vendor for at minimum 180 days and have received orders.
- At least 100 orders have been fulfilled by you (all time).
- Your earnings total more than $20,000 per annum.
- The average rating you’ve received during the last 60 days has been 4.7 out of 5.
- A total of 90 percent has been awarded to your response rate during the last 60 days.
- Over an eight-hundred-day period, your order completion rate achieved a score of 90 percent.
- Over 60 days, your on-time delivery score achieved a perfect score of 90 percent.
- You have not gotten any warnings in the last 30 days.
Because you are a Top-Rated Seller, you will have the opportunity to:
- Create as many as 30 active gigs as you want. Gigs that are currently active also include published and unwritten gigs.
- Each gig can include up to six Gig Extras, with a maximum of $1000 per Extra.
- Please keep in mind that the maximum Gig Extra for Studio Gigs is $495, the maximum for Pro Gigs is $2000, and the most for Voice-over Gigs is $500 per Gig Additional.
- Custom Offers (with a maximum value of $20,000 per) can be created.
