The “Gigwalk” is a great app that you easily install on your smartphone & use to make by performing a task various “Gigs” come in a variety of shapes and sizes.
You should bear in mind, based on my experience, that this software is intended to assist you to earn some extra cash, not to provide a constant and considerable income.
As you’ll see in the sections following, my use of the app throughout the whole 2 weeks reflected this.
Let’s begin the Gigwalk review:
I- What is Gigwalk?
Gigwalk is a smartphone software that rewards you for doing little chores known as “Gigs” in your area.
Retail stores searching for brand audits or feedback on products and market displays are often looking for Gigwalkers.
Is Gigwalk a Scam, or Is It Legit?
Gigwalk is not a fraud, as most people, including me, are paid within 24-48 hours after completing the gig.
However, you may obtain a horrible job where the company takes advantage of you and will not pay you because this is incredibly unusual (1 in 100 chance).
Keep in mind that even if you utilize Gigwalk, you will not be earning a lot of money, but instead just a little extra spending the money. You may initially suffer some aggravation as you learn about the various work kinds and how to complete them properly.
How Does Gigwalk Work?
The following is a rundown of how Gigwalk works:
- The Gigwalk app posts a Gig, and it appears on the map.
- The payout amount, a brief description, and location are all included in each Gig ad.
- Miles are determined based on the location of your phone.
- Look for Gigs in your region that would be a good fit for you, then apply for those that interest you.
- By selecting the “Apply to this Gig” button, you can apply for a Gig.
- Before you’re approved, the company may ask a screening question, such as “Explain why you’d be a better match for this Gig.”
- You’ll be alerted and given instructions again for Gig once it’s been approved.
- Submit the work via the Gigwalk app once you’ve finished it.
- You may be asked some follow-up questions.
- To get paid, you must wait for business approval, following which cash will be issued immediately to your PayPal account!
How Much Does Gigwalk Pay?
Personally, after expenditures, I made approximately doing jobs all day for $35-45, which amounted to earning $7-9 per hour, all while riding my bike and hustling my spit out.
I would still not advocate doing this, and if you’re younger so won’t be able to find a job other than McDonald’s or if you’re looking for a fun way to devote a day riding about, driving won’t earn you twice quite so much money as possible or get you anywhere quickly.
After about four days, the number of gigs had dried out & could no longer do that daily.
When I did it while out somewhere throughout the week it likely took me 15 to 30 mins extra every day and paid 12 dollars to 20 dollars per hour or around $15-20 per/week.
Gigs didn’t but dry up, I’m in a major city at the time, so if you’re in a tiny area, you might have out of stock of non-work that is off the beaten path.
How does Gigwalk pay?
All payments are made through PayPal by Gigwalk.
As a result, you must add and validate your PayPal email address to your Gigwalk profile to receive money.
It’s also worth noting that each transaction is subject to a modest PayPal fee.
How long will it take for you to get paid from Gigwalk?
Gigwalk has a payment threshold that you must meet to get paid, although other users claim you can get paid right away.
For additional information, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the support team.
In general, Gigwalk clients may take up to 14 days to assess your work after it has been completed.
Your money will indeed be credited to your bank account 21 days after it is reviewed until the last day.
You can expect to get reimbursed within five days of receiving approval.
Is a Gigwalk Worth Doing, or Is It a Waste of Time?
If you can’t use UberEats or DoorDash to get food delivered to you owing to age or mode of transport restrictions, I’d think it’s worth it, but don’t anticipate a steady revenue generated by the application.
That I wouldn’t call it a waste of time, but it isn’t things you should consider doing or even consider it if you’re a “legitimate job” because working or studying there for a business like UberEats will net you substantially more money per hour.
I no longer use Gigwalk since I’ve developed the ability to look for work as a freelancer or for a company by myself, but I have the ability to make significantly more money through all of those options than through Gigwalk.
I will not say I’m against Gigwalk, but I’m not trying to go out of my way to persuade you to take advantage of it.
Pros And Cons
|It’s simple to get started with the Gigwalk app.PayPal, the most popular payment method, is used to make payments. The tasks can be completed without any prior knowledge or experience.
