You can ask to refund your buyers if you want to remove negative feedback. But you can only do this once per order. Also, you can ask to modify your review only once per order.

How Fiverr Reviews Work?

Once a buyer completes their review, they can submit a review about working with you. You can then view their review. Reviews are made public after both parties have completed their reviews and if the 10-day period has passed.

You can reply to a buyer’s review from the order page.

Ratings

Your ratings are based on how well you communicate with your customers. 

• You should make sure that each customer understands what he/she wants before delivering the product. 
• Also, make sure that the product matches the description given in the gig. 
• Finally, make sure that the customer will be satisfied with the service. This information is used to calculate your overall rating.
